The undersigned declares under his/her own responsibility and for any accompanying persons of the event for which I request participation
- To have previously informed himself/herself of the characteristics and methods of implementation of the event
- To have assessed for himself/herself and for his/her accompanying persons that the same is compatible with his/her own physical characteristics and aptitudes and behavioral abilities
- To have accepted the program in its entirety for the sole fact of not having raised any objections and/or exceptions
He/she also declares that during any excursions and/or activities inside and outside the reference accommodation facility visited:
- He/she will keep for himself/herself and will guarantee for his/her accompanying persons a behavior appropriate to the foreseen or occasionally current events
- He/she will collaborate with the organizers and/or those responsible for the event in order to guarantee maximum safety for everyone.
- Will use the utmost caution in all the proposed activities, thus avoiding exceeding one’s own aptitudes
- Will use personal equipment that is appropriate for the type of activity proposed and in any case current
Responsibility:
The undersigned:
- Assumes full responsibility for himself and his companions in reference to any dangers arising from the proposed activity (chosen freely and equally freely with the possibility of not taking part)
- Assumes responsibility for himself and his companions for all risks, as well as responsibility for damages that may be caused, directly or indirectly to third parties or to third party property
- Acknowledges and accepts that the relationship established during the event and during any activities/excursions is configured as “voluntary accompaniment for the spirit of association and free of charge”
- In consideration of the abstract possibility of the occurrence of any risks and dangers inherent to the performance of the entire program, the undersigned hereby releases for himself and his companions, Mice & More Events srl and its collaborators, from any liability for any accidents of any nature that may occur during the same.
Pursuant to and for the purposes of articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, the undersigned declares to have carefully examined all the clauses contained in the above-extended declaration of exemption from liability of Mice & More Events srl, to have informed his/her companions and to approve in confirmation all the conditions and clauses signed.
Information pursuant to art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/03 and EU Regulation no. 679/2016
Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03 and following the entry into force of EU Regulation no. 679/2016 in accordance with the provisions of art. 13 of the aforementioned European Regulation, Mice &More Events S.r.l. communicates the following:
Purpose of the processing
The personal data, freely communicated and acquired by us as a result of the activity carried out, will be processed lawfully and correctly for the following purposes:
- Sending information, invitations and participation in workshops, events, themed evenings, promotional events, fairs and events in general.
- Provision of services related to the above-mentioned activity;
- Sending information and newsletters, including invitations to the above-mentioned events;
- Marketing activities related to the above-mentioned activity;
- Collection and publication on the company website and social channels of digital photographic and video material relating to you in relation to participation in the events organized, for purely advertising purposes;
- Fulfilling pre-contractual, contractual and tax obligations arising from existing relationships;
- Fulfilling obligations established by law, by a regulation, by community legislation or by an order of the Authority (such as, for example, in the field of anti-money laundering);
- Exercising the rights of the Data Controller, for example the right of defense in court.
Processing methods
The processing of personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 of the Privacy Code and art. 4 no. 2) of EU Regulation 679/16 and specifically: collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data.
Personal data are subjected to both paper and electronic and/or automated processing. The Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes and for ten years after the cessation of processing, except in cases where storage for a subsequent period is necessary for any disputes, requests from competent authorities or pursuant to the Law. Subsequently, the data will be deleted.
Access to data
The data may be made accessible for the purposes indicated above:
To employees and colaboratories of the Data Controller, in their capacity as persons in charge and/or internal data controllers;
To third-party companies or other entities (for example, hotels, hotel chains, event locations in general, event service providers, etc.) that carry out outsourced activities on behalf of the Data Controller, in their capacity as external data controllers.
Communication of data
Without the need for express consent (pursuant to art. 24 letter a), b), d) Privacy Code and art. 6 letter b) and c) EU Regulation 679/16, the Data Controller may communicate your data for the purposes set out above to Supervisory Bodies, Judicial Authorities, insurance companies for the provision of insurance services, as well as to those entities to whom communication is mandatory by law for the fulfillment of the aforementioned purposes. These entities will process the data in their capacity as independent data controllers. The data collected will not be disclosed.
In any case, the Data Controller hereby ensures that the data processing takes place in compliance with the applicable legal provisions, according to the standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission.

The provision of data is carried out for the purposes indicated above, i.e. for those included in the corporate purpose of the Data Controller, and is mandatory. In the absence of provision, we will not be able to guarantee the requested services.
Rights of the interested party
In the capacity of interested party, you have the rights set forth in art. 7 Privacy Code and art. 15 EU Regulation 679/16 and specifically the rights to:
obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise and the accuracy of personal data concerning you, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form;
obtain the indication:
a) of the origin of the personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of processing;
c) of the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) of the identification details of the owner, managers and designated representative pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 2 of the Privacy Code and art. 3, paragraph 1, EU Regulation;
e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or persons in charge;
obtain:
a) access, updating, rectification, limitation, portability or, when interested, integration of data;
b) cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected;
revoke the processing and oppose, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication, through the use of automated calling systems without the intervention of an operator by e-mail and/or through traditional marketing methods by telephone and/or paper mail. Please note that the interested party’s right to object, set out in the previous point b), for direct marketing purposes by automated methods extends to traditional methods and that in any case the interested party remains entitled to exercise the right to object even only in part. Therefore, the interested party may decide to receive only communications by traditional methods or only automated communications or neither of the two types of communication.

Data retention period
The personal data provided will be retained for the entire duration of the assignment conferred and for a further ten years.

For the correct receipt and understanding of the privacy information above, it is necessary to confirm the data reported above, which are necessary to follow up on the requests of the interested party. Failure to provide them will not allow us to carry out the contractually required obligations.
