Set amidst a natural heritage of incomparable beauty yet easily accessible, designed and built according to the strictest principles of sustainability and featuring innovative accommodation solutions, Delta Open Air Resort is a new destination born from the entrepreneurial vision of Ted Tomasi, with the contribution of Adriano D’Andrea Ricchi and his extensive experience in the tourism industry.
Set to be inaugurated in May 2027, Delta Open Air Resort is more than just a venue: it is a true destination, ideal for event planners seeking unique settings where events can be enhanced with outdoor activities.
The result of an investment of over €70 million and spread across an area of approximately 390,000 square metres, Delta Open Air Resort is located in Porto Garibaldi (Comacchio), Emilia-Romagna, along the northern Adriatic coast. Its excellent connections to major Italian and European cities make it easy to reach a one-of-a-kind natural environment: the Po Delta, a landscape of lagoons, wetlands and salt marshes of outstanding ecological value.
Delta Open Air Resort blends seamlessly into this unique setting through a regeneration project that includes the restoration of 5 hectares of woodland, the planting of over 1,500 trees and the introduction of 600 plant species throughout the resort village.
Further supporting sustainable events is the integration of technological solutions designed to maximise energy efficiency, including a 2.7 MW photovoltaic system, sustainable construction methods and optimised energy consumption management.

The resort offers a variety of accommodation options seamlessly integrated into the natural landscape. The facilities include:
- Next-generation open-air accommodation units, offering over 900 beds
- 230 fully equipped pitches for motorhomes and caravans
- A new 5-star hotel with 73 rooms, scheduled to open in 2028.
In addition:
