The Hotel Palace Viareggio is a historic building in Liberty style. The restyling that took place between 2018 and 2023, was aimed at the recovery and conservation of all the furnishings. In the room, only the bathroom was completely renovated, as well as mattresses, pillows and TV are all new while the bed; the furniture and where possible the parquet have been appropriately restored, therefore original from 1960. Even in the common areas the floors and furnishings have been preserved, the Bar is original from 1960, as are the Murano drop chandeliers.

The Hotel is located along the famous seafront promenade of Viareggio, has a seafront terrace on the 4th floor, the Blu Bar Terrazza open from May to September and the Terrace Restaurant from June to August. On the ground floor there is the Blu Bar Bistrò, open from October to April and the Decò Restaurant open all year round.

The feeling you get when entering the Hotel is to live an experience inspired by the architectural history of the early 20th century. The “Belle Epoque” room where breakfast is served is an example of the skilful recovery and conservation of retro furnishings. The particularity of the structure has meant that for some time now the Hotel’s Bars and Restaurants have become a location frequented by locals. The experience of living the Palace and the sea as if they were one, can be fully enjoyed on the Terrace, where every evening the unmissable sunset over the Gulf of Poets gives the emotion of seeing the sun dive into the sea and the sky turn red.

The beach resort with swimming pool “La Pace”, affiliated with us, is located right in front of the Palace. Parking is available on the street in the adjacent areas with a daily rate agreed with the Municipality.

Viareggio is a strategic location for organizing meetings and events, it can be easily reached, via the Pisa International Airport, along the Genoa - Rome railway, or by car via the Florence - Sea motorway or along the Genoa - Rosignano.
