The restaurant has been a Roman landmark since the 1960s; the excellent quality of the seafood and the sincere hospitality have always been the cornerstones of this historic restaurant, of which few knew it was also a 130-room hotel. Thanks to the vision of the Lazzarini family, an important renewal process is currently underway. Phase one was completed in December 2018 and the hotel is becoming a benchmark for the leisure segment. Phase two was completed in 2023: the new Omnia Convention Center with 13 meeting rooms for over 1,800 square meters of available space, along with large open spaces. A swimming pool and a restaurant & bar are also planned in phase three.
